Admissions to Shanta Baburao Pawar Varishth Mahavidyalaya are conducted in accordance with the rules
and regulations prescribed by Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek, and the Government of Maharashtra. The college offers admission to the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) – Civil Services program.

Duration of the Program
The duration of the B.A. (Civil Services) program is three years, divided into six semesters.
Intake Capacity
The approved intake capacity for the B.A. (Civil Services) program is 120 students per academic year.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination (12th Standard) or equivalent examination from a recognized board are eligible for admission, subject to university rules and government regulations.
